From there, you’ll complete our in-depth onboarding questionnaire. This is where we get clear on your ideal client, services, voice, goals, and positioning. You don’t need to have everything figured out. We guide you through it. We will also customize your color palette so your site feels personal and intentional, not cookie-cutter.

Week 2: Strategy Call & Brand Moodboard

Next, we hop on a strategy call to review your questionnaire and make key decisions. This isn’t just a design brief. It’s a conversation about your goals, your audience, and what you want your brand to communicate. Then, we create your brand moodboard: a refined visual direction that includes your custom palette, logo styling, typography, and overall aesthetic. This becomes the creative anchor for everything we build.

Weeks 3–5: Website Copywriting & SEO Optimization
