Joshua White is the founder of Port Town Collective, a Savannah-based wedding and event planning company built on a genuine, lived-in love of history. A former history major who interned at Biltmore and wrote his thesis on the Gilded Age, Josh brings a maximalist, deeply researched aesthetic to every event he designs — equal parts old movie set, historic house museum, and family tradition passed down from a mother who hosted parties and a grandmother who catered in Savannah in the 1980s.
He founded Port Town Collective in February 2021, and by the time he came to us, his events were getting noticed, but his website wasn't keeping pace. It lacked the personality, the drama, and the storytelling that define everything else about his brand. He knew exactly who he was. He just needed help putting it into words and structure that could carry the weight of his vision online.
